Account Settings

One of the first things you should do is review your account settings. Personalizing TradeServer Cloud helps you get more out of your trading experience. 

User Interface

Prefer a different language, theme, or ticker alignment? Choose from a few different themes ranging from light, dark to high-contrast. As we add localization support to TradeServer Cloud more languages will be available for selection.

Defaults

Not everyone trades dozens of markets on several exchanges. Set your default preferences for your most frequently used exchange, market, and chart settings.

Username

Your username is used with your public TradeServer Cloud identity. Usernames are randomly generated during registration, however you can specify a new one here. Please don’t use personally identifiable information or vulgar words with your username.

Password

Make sure you use a strong complex password when updating your account.

Approved Devices

Account security is important. TradeServer Cloud allows you to manage devices authorized to access your account.

Support Token

Your support token helps verify your account. This will be used anytime you contact support and require support intervention.
